1. Made-to-Order Process

All jewelry purchased from Marykun is made to order. This means we begin crafting your necklace only after the order is placed. This approach allows us to:

  • Maintain strict quality control

  • Offer fair and affordable pricing

  • Reduce waste and support sustainable production

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days

  • Production Time: 3 – 5 business days (for made-to-order jewelry)

Once your piece is complete, it will be transferred to our trusted shipping carriers for delivery.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable global carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • EMS

  • Local postal services (depending on the destination country)

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Please note: Delivery time does not include processing or production time.

5. Shipping Rates

USA, Canada, UK, Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95

  • Fast Shipping: $27.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

All Other Countries

  • Standard Shipping: $14.95

  • Fast Shipping: $32.95

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking may take 2 – 4 business days to update.

  • If tracking shows “no updates,” this is normal — your package may not have been scanned yet by the carrier.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

To ensure fast and secure delivery, please:

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • Ensure your full name, street number, postal code, and phone number are correct.

Marykun is not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information

  • Items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing from the location

  • Failed deliveries caused by incomplete or wrong address details

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address:
The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Address changes after shipment cannot be guaranteed.

8. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production schedules.
You may receive separate tracking numbers, and delivery dates may vary.

9. International Customs & Import Fees

Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the customer.
